Woke up last night

Found myself screaming

Must’ve been you

Haunting my dreams again

Caught up in the wind

Can’t find the storm

Can you hear me calling

Your name?

Cause its like a wave in the storm

Its like the way it crashes and falls

Like a fire burning the wind

Like the leaf that falls at dawn

These visions shake the ground

As I dive in and long to drown

It seems that in these dreams

I’m running away

But I’m moving

Motionless it seems

Caught up in the fall

I trip

Can you hear me can you hear me

Screaming at all?

Its like a forest with no trees

Its like a rose without the thorns

Like the way the heavens roar

On a storm day

My visions shake the earth

Like flowers in the tide

And the air blows warm

When you’re by my side

There’s no way out

I’m stuck with you

Is there a choice

What am I gonna say?

All that goes

Will come around again

I’m so confused

Is there a window through which I can breathe?

But these visions you give me

Are like fire to the earth

They open up the door

For a special thing called worth

But they are out of reach

With my life they don’t compare

I’m still screaming in my sleep

That means you’re really here
